We would like to let you know that an upgrade to the market data for the Forex AFX feed was successfully completed on Friday, March 14, 2025. This enhancement, done in collaboration with our data contributors, aims to improve data quality and reliability, in line with updates from the data source. Additionally, please be informed of an upcoming update for the MarketMaker event, scheduled for April 28, 2025.
Completed Changes & Impact
- Transition to Composite Symbols:
Data from individual contributors will be removed. Please subscribe to composite symbols only. A transition period of approximately one month will be provided to facilitate this change.
For example, instead of EUR/USD:AFX{mm=CUR1} or EUR/USD:AFX{mm=CFH2}, please use EUR/USD:AFX - New Subscription Options:
If you didn’t previously have access to composite symbols, you can now subscribe to them. - Symbol Deprecation:
A total of 14 symbols will be deprecated, with a transition period of approximately one month.

Planned Changes
- MarketMaker Event Update:
The MarketMaker event will start providing a Price Level Book instead of information from individual contributors.
This event will stop being distributed automatically on April 28, 2025.
However, if you wish to continue receiving it, please contact your personal manager to discuss your options.
