The OTCBB is a quotation service for securities which are not listed or traded on Nasdaq or any other national securities exchange. The OTCBB is operated by FINRA. To protect investors and ensure the market’s integrity, FINRA is a government-authorized not-for-profit organization that oversees U.S. broker-dealers.

This feed provides quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for many over-the-counter securities that are not listed on a national securities exchange from OTCBB quotation system.
